Similar to Bethany, Bull Mountain was created by developers. It lies between Beaverton to the north and Tigard to the south. In fact, annexation efforts nearly brought much of it into Tigard or possibly King City in the mid-2000s. Odds are Tigard and King City will continue to annex chunks over time, helping both cities grow their populations.
