Lake Oswego

 

 

 

Lake O is technically in Washington County, or at least a very small part of it is along Interstate 5 near Tualatin. Specifically, about 20 whole people are residents of both Lake Oswego and Washington County. While downtown Lake Oswego has seen a transformation over the last 15 years, population growth in the city overall is relatively slow compared to other cities in Washington County.
