Michael O. Stevens
Michael founded Stevens & Legal in 2015, and focuses on personal injury litigation, employment law, wrongful death, and intellectual property rights. The firm also offers a variety of small business services, such as LLC formations, and will even serve as your registered agent.
He previously worked in insurance defense representing individuals on up to large corporations in a wide variety of cases from personal injuries to wrongful death and construction defects, even dog bites. He handled cases with values of as much as $4 million, and drafted many successful motions for summary judgment. That is, he gets results.
He is an Oregon native, and has spent most of his life in the Beaver State. This includes graduating from Oregon State University with his bachelor’s degree, and then earning his juris doctorate at Willamette University College of Law in Salem. At Willamette he was an editor and writer for Willamette Law Online and the Web & Publication Editor for the Willamette Sports Law Journal.
Outside of the law, Michael is an avid photographer and history buff. As a photographer, he is an award winning, published, and professional photographer. Most of the pictures on this website were taken by him.
A history major in college, he has contributed to many articles on Wikipedia that concern Oregon history. He has two daughters and lives in Hillsboro.
