Originally just in Clackamas County, Wilsonville slowly grew north into Washington County thanks largely to an old campus of Tektronix. Given the Willamette River to the south, odds are the city will continue to grow more into Washington County before it links up with Tualatin and possibly Sherwood where a 99W connector has been planned at times.
